I love to smile. I love waking up every day and knowing that I have another
day to live and experience life.
I'm a very positive person and I try to find the good in all things.
There is so much beauty around me in the world that I just try to sit back and enjoy it knowing that there is only so much that I can change or control in this world. What I can't control or change I have to find a way to accept. In this new year I've been finding ways to be happy regardless of what's going on. I have a beautiful black lab/shep dog that has been such a blessing. She came into my life unexpectedly.
Not everything in my life is great, but I've changed my mindset this year and found that I'd rather move on from my past then dwell in it and have no future. I'm always up for making new friends and I love helping others.


I love reading a good book something that really grabs me and pulls me into the story. I also am a writer so I love taking time and letting my muse guide me to some very deep places. I feel very connected to outdoors/nature. One of my favorite places is the beach. I love the feel of the sand on my feet and the sound of the water crashing on the shore. Many things are beautiful to me and I love to snap photos whenever I get the chance. I plan on facing some fears this year. I want to open up my wings this year and not be so afraid to fly. There is so much possiblity and I want to grab ahold of it and see just what I can be and how far I can go.
