Two Types of IFrame Widgets
Both of these have the same content, the only difference is the way they load the page.
+ In-Frame Page Loading - This will load all the user actions in an IFrame page so it will load alot faster.
+ Out-Of-Frame Page Loading - This will reload the page for every user action giving your website more pageviews. This type uses 'target="_parent"' to target all links in the IFrame to load the whole page again.
